Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses that have been opened, worn, or removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

• The original packaging and seal must be intact.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.
